Frequently Asked Questions

 
  • What is your warranty? We have a 90 day conditional warranty on remanufactured parts. New assemblies often come with a one year conditional warranty. Note we do not have the final say on new product warranty.

  • How much will it cost? In most cases we can give you an accurate estimate on the phone if we have a point of reference or experience with the particular application. In some cases we will have to actually view the job before being able to give an estimate. Estimates are made with good faith. On some occasions there will be extra charges for parts and labor after we break the part down and find out what is reusable and what must be replaced new.
  • How do I find your location? Click here for Mapquest map
  • How long will it take to complete my job? In most cases we have a same day turn around. If we have to order parts it will depend on the availability of the parts needed. Most packages shipped in will have a one to two day turn around.
  • What kind of shipping do you use? We ship via UPS, FedEx, and by Greyhound. If you have a preference let us know and we will do what we can to oblige.
  • What types of payment are accepted? We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We can also set up in house accounts that are billed monthly. We do not accept Discover cards.
